When you get to the countryside, keep a distance from Morello's car. He will then pass the airport. Keep following him out to the bridge near the Lay-By. You will see that it is under construction. An intermission sequence where Tommy pushes Morello's car out over the bridge will begin, and the mission will be completed. It is of course funnier to play the airport mission, but this is much faster.
